Amazon Driver Training Redesign
At Amazon, I led the initiative to redesign our Driver Training curriculum, with the goal of transforming a dense, lecture-heavy program into an engaging, learner-centered experience. The previous training relied heavily on static content delivery, offering limited opportunities for interaction between Driver Trainers and their Trainees. Recognizing this gap, we streamlined the material by eliminating redundancies, breaking complex topics into digestible, modular lessons, and shifting the Trainer’s role from passive presenter to active facilitator. The reimagined approach emphasized movement, classroom engagement, and hands-on learning activities that reinforced key concepts—resulting in a more dynamic, effective training experience aligned with how adults actually learn.
